Miso Udon Soup

We've had a lot of Italian food recently. It's time to switch it up. Tonight, we are having miso udon soup with daikon, tofu, tofu skin, shiitake mushrooms, green onions, sea weed, and baby pea shoots.

  2. It's really not that hard. I do wish I have a better camera though... Some of the food blogs out there have amazing photos.

  3. I swear some of those people have a spotlight in their homes, or a sun-imitating lamp. Plus fun backdrops.
